Toddler Support Group

A six-week, connection-based parenting group for parents with toddlers aged 1-3.

This group has passed. I encourage you to sign up for my mailing list, the Parenting Pause, so you’ll be sure to hear when the next group is scheduled!

Remember that baby of yours that would happily follow your lead? Or cheerfully move from one activity to the next? Or be easily soothed when things didn’t go her way?

If those things already feel like a distant memory, welcome to toddlerhood! These years can be wild, wonderful, and so very confounding for us as parents. And they set the course for how preschool and the elementary school years feel for us and our kids.

Toddlerhood is the perfect time to gather new skills and capacities for parenting in this moment and for what lies ahead. And, it’s also a time when we have a deep need for support so that we can show up as the parents we want to be more of the time.

About the Group

Join me and a small group of other parents navigating the toddler years to:

  • Have space and time to talk about the joys and very real challenges of parenting a child at this particular age and stage

  • Bone up on where your kid is developmentally so you can align your expectations and tear your hair out less

  • Discover new ways to work with your kid in hard moments that are respectful, feel good to you as a parent, AND actually work

  • Learn what to do when your toddler seems to grow another head when you, for example, cut his toast the “wrong” way (how DARE you, by the way?)

  • Lean into laughter and play so you can enjoy your extremely amazing force of nature more of the time

This group is limited to 10 parents to ensure that you (and every parent in the group) have time to be listened to, get your specific questions answered by me, and learn simple, effective tools for working with your toddler.

The content will be driven by the group’s specific questions and needs, but expect to learn some new respectful-parenting tools to add to your toolbox, laugh a lot, and get six weeks of real support for the hard work of parenting.

The framework will be rooted in a deep respect for our children’s development, needs, and intelligence, and in ours as parents.
